This website and my psychotherapy practice are not emergency or crisis services.
If you are in immediate danger, experiencing suicidal intent, severe disorientation, loss of contact with reality, or are unable to keep yourself or another person safe, please contact 112 or 999 or go to the nearest emergency department or psychiatric emergency service.
Seeking psychiatric or emergency support does not prevent you from continuing psychotherapy once the immediate crisis has been stabilized.
